Return Policy and 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• 1.1 Return Period: You have the right to revoke the purchase of your product(s) without stating a reason within a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt (this does not apply to business purchases).

• 1.2 Revocation: To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision within the stated term via an unambiguous statement (e.g., via email or through our return portal).

• 1.3 Product Condition: The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

• 1.4 Depreciation: If the product shows signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to charge a fee for depreciation (loss of value).

• 1.5 Return Shipment: The return shipment must be dispatched within 14 days after notification of the revocation. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer.

• 1.6 Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price (including the initial shipping costs, unless you explicitly chose a more expensive method than the standard delivery) as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the notification of revocation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
